Winning. It’s Our Tradition of Excellence.

At the cornerstone of our practice is a commitment to helping the injured. It’s more than just a family tradition; it’s what we are passionate about and love to do. In 1948, Robert D. Rouse, Jr., was sworn in to practice law in North Carolina. Both his son, Robert D. Rouse, III, and his granddaughter, Deedee Rouse Gasch, would follow in his footsteps. After doing civil defense work representing big insurance companies for a number of years, Deedee joined her father’s practice in 2009 and together they make a big difference in the lives of many families who are desperately in need of help after a devastating accident or injury.

We pride ourselves on running a small, family-oriented firm that produces big firm results. We take the time to get to know our clients: their names, their families, their needs, their struggles. We take the time to really understand what it is our clients need from us. We handle matters on a case-by-case basis so that we can deliver what our clients need and exceed their expectations.

Do we win every case? Of course not. Any attorney that will tell you he’s won every case hasn’t had many. What we will guarantee is that we will do our best for you and do everything we can to maximize your recovery. We work with you and for you keeping you informed every step of the way. We will educate you about the legal process so that you can make informed decisions and do what is best for you and for your family all while we guide you through the complexities of the legal process one step at a time.

When you have been seriously injured or when you lose a loved one because of someone else’s negligence you need more than just any lawyer. You need an experienced lawyer whose practice is focused on fighting for the rights of the injured. We are those lawyers. We are your lawyers. We are Rouse & Gasch.

Winning. It’s How We Do It.

After you make the decision to hire our firm for your injury case, we will immediately begin gathering information and documentation to prepare your case for trial. Will your case go to court? Probably not. Most of them don’t. However, we are willing to try your case if a settlement cannot be reached. You might be surprised at the number of attorneys who call themselves “trial lawyers”, yet refuse to actually go to trial. The insurance companies and defense attorneys know which lawyers will actually try your case and which ones will not. Generally, negotiations work out more favorably for those clients who have attorneys who are willing to take cases to trial. As such, we prepare every case for trial. We don’t bluff. We don’t play games. We are ready, willing, and able to try your case. We work hard and have an exceptional knowledge of the law. Our results prove it and our adversaries know it.

Winning. It’s What Makes us Better.

There are many things you should consider when hiring a law firm to handle your personal injury case. Not all firms are created equal, not all lawyers will get you the same results. You only have one shot – just one – to get fairly compensated for your damages. Our past success shows you that our firm has a history of winning cases. While those results do not guarantee future success, it can show you that we have a proven history of handling complex injury cases with positive outcomes. We win because of that experience. We win because we prepare. We win because we know our clients and their cases better than anyone else. We win because our lawyers believe they should be actively engaged in cases from the very beginning to the very end. We win because we care about you, about your family, and about your case.

What makes our firm different from other firms is what we believe makes us better. Our attorneys handle cases directly and are always available to talk to you about your case. We try to have all calls returned before the end of the business day. While we are assisted by great staff, the attorneys will always know what is going on in your case and will promptly return all calls and provide you with frequent updates about the status of your case. A case manager, secretary, or paralegal will not be your primary point of contact; Robin or Deedee will be. You will always know what is happening in your case so that you can make informed decisions about how best to proceed. Our success is proven; our commitment to your cause, guaranteed.
